Before returning items to us, please read and follow our sincere instructions below. We'll appreciate your carefully reading on our return policy and making sure that all criteria are met before mailing any items back to us.

Please note that our clothings are made according to your requirements, once the returning or cancelling process starts, the materials can't be reused. So before returning your clothings to us, please make sure that you have read our return & exchange policy and understand it clearly.

• 1. Orders canceled within 24 hours after payment confirmation
  (1) Before sending us your confirmation of order information, orders canceled will be eligible for a full refund.
  (2) After sending us your confirmation of order information, orders canceled will be eligible for a 25% partial refund.
  
• 2. Orders canceled after 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a 25% partial refund.
• 3. Orders canceled after shipping can not be canceled.
